The Devils Lake chapter of the Sons of Norway, Heim Lodge, gathered Sunday afternoon and evening for a Julefest celebration of all things Scandinavian AND Christmas. The “pot luck” tables overflowed with goodies both hot and cold, from lefse to sandbakkels and much, much more!
Music was provided by the Schlag accordian group from Minot, well-known for their appearances at all the HostFests since they first began.
Although no dancing took place, toes were tapping and many Christmas carols were sung along with the musicians.
