Autumn Nelson received special recognition from the Sanford Health Foundation and was honored with the Guardian Angel award. This award is given to a Sanford employee who has changed a life by their care and kindness. Autumn Nelson formerly of Maddock, ND, works in Pediatric Infectious Disease at Sanford Health in Fargo.
Autumn currently lives in West Fargo, ND with her husband Matthew, originally from Devils Lake and daughter Madilyn. Autumn’s mother-in-law is Gabrielle Krantz Nelson who currently works as Extension Agent, Family Nutrition Program, NDSU Master Gardener and T2Diabetes Prevention Progam Coach at Cankdeska Cikana Community College, Fort Totten, ND.
