On Thursday, Nov. 10 the students of Devils Lake Central Middle School will be presenting their annual Salute to Veterans at 10 a.m. in the Middle School Gymnasium.
The featured speaker for this very special event will be SSG Joseph Scanlan.
The Central Middle School students will play in the band, sing in the CMS chorus and speak on topics related to Veterans Day.
Coordinator of this program, Megan Wasness, works with the faculty, staff and students to put together a touching video showing just how many of us have members of our family who have in the past or are serving in the military in the present.
All attendees are invited to stay after the program and join the student at hot lunch in the school cafeteria.
