Dakota Prairie schools superintendent Jay Slade said they were told by Dakota Prairie School District health to postpone events out of concern from public health. He added that the postponements are an unfortunate situation.

Nelson County has only rescheduled two games of the postponed ones so far. The Chargers will play Midway/Minto on Sept. 26 and Rolette/Wolford on Oct. 5. Nelson County has not rescheduled it's games against Hatton/Northwood and Larimore. It's matchup against Park River is postponed for varsity, but sub varsity levels will still be playing.
