Veoria B. Rauscher, 68, of Devils Lake, ND, passed away on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, at Trinity Medical Center, Minot, ND. A Celebration of Life is pending for April of 2020. Veoria Beatrice, daughter of Robert and Nettie Bell (Skelton) Kessler, was born on Sept. 24, 1951, in Twin Falls, Idaho. They lived in several different locations, mostly along the West Coast while Gene served his country in the United States Marine Corp. Veoria dedicated her life to being a loving wife and mother to their three children. After a near fatal car accident, Veoria needed the more constant care of family so in 2009, she and Gene moved to North Dakota and called it home. Veoria had many talents including drawing and painting ceramics. Veoria was so delighted and felt so very blessed to have celebrated 50 years of love and marriage to Gene in July. Being close to her children and grandchildren meant the world to her. The time spent with family was so precious and treasured by Veoria. She loved being a grandma.
