Kari Janae Hoover, the daughter of David and Lois Hoover, died on the morning of January 16, 2017, in an auto accident near Greeley, CO.

Kari Janae Hoover, the daughter of David and Lois Hoover, died on the morning of January 16, 2017, in an auto accident near Greeley, CO.  Kari was born on April 29, 1976, in Dickinson, ND. She grew up in Cando, ND, attended Cando Public Schools and graduating with the class of 1994.  Throughout her teen years, Kari was active in many school activities. She was a cheerleader and excelled in state speech contests. During the summer Kari worked as a life guard at the Cando City Pool. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Kari suffered from bipolar disease through out much of her life. She worked very hard to stay well but her life was complicated by the symptoms of her disease. She will be remembered for her kindness and intelligence as well as her ability to light up a room with her presence. She refused to be kept down and always had a positive attitude that if she worked hard, things would always get better.  Kari will be greatly missed by her parents, her children Jayden and Emma Hoover, her brother Jay (Amanda Zeien), special niece Rachel Hoover, special adopted Grandmother 'Granny Eunice" and many extended family members and friends.  Kari was preceded in death by her grandparents: Lars and Alma Hegseth and Warren and Bielda Hoover.  No services are planned at this time with interment later this spring.
