Lake Region State College partners with Altru through their apprenticeship programs, which allows students to work and learn simultaneously. Altru has generously donated equipment to help LRSC train and educate the next generation of nurses.
This week, LRSC thanked Altru for their donation of an infant warmer, fetal heart-rate monitor and stand, triple IV infusion pump, PCA pumps, and a feeding pump to their nursing program.
Through this partnership, LRSC’s nursing students can gain experience with real-world equipment both in the classroom and in the field.
