NDTC recently presented a donation to the Devils Lake Public School District and the Devils Lake Community Orchestra to support the reconditioning of the Steinway concert piano at Devils Lake High School.
This remarkable instrument has been a part of the school system since 1957 and has played an important role in the community’s musical heritage for generations. Restoration of the piano is a cost-effective investment compared to purchasing a new instrument of similar quality, while also preserving its historical significance. The reconditioning project will ensure that students, musicians, and community members can continue to enjoy this treasured instrument for many years to come.
Donations such as these are made every month from the NDTC Dollars in Motion program. NDTC has historically supported programs and projects that encourage youth, enhance communities, and promote education.
