Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) reported the following:
On June 20, RCSO deputies responded to a call at around 11:21 p.m. reporting a break-in at the closed-down and vacant Wally’s Wild West Roadhouse on Hwy. 2. Using installed video cameras, the current owner of the building reported seeing four male suspects on the premises allegedly stealing bar mats and cases of alcoholic beverages and notified authorities. All four suspects were still on the scene when deputies arrived. According to official court documents, the male suspects were identified as Philip Blochtchouk, Jacobo Enns, Japheth Froese, and Spencer Wall, all 23 years old and Canadian citizens. Sources indicate the suspects came to the area for a bachelor party and may have assumed the property was abandoned. They were taken into custody and each charged with burglary, a class C felony.
