When Vernon Roy Moen of Devils Lake purchased his first car, it was a 1967 Chevelle Malibu purchased in December 1971, marina blue in color. In the late 1980s, Moen did a complete renovation project where it spent five months in the Devils Lake Chrysler Body Shop. Moen has owned this car for 55 years.
