Military Gallery to be Added to State Historical Museum, Bismarck

Dale Lennon was in Devils Lake at the VFW on his 48-stop tour around the state to promote and share information about the Military Gallery being built on the state Capitol grounds in Bismarck. The 20,000-square-foot addition to the North Dakota Heritage Center and State Museum will feature a N.D. National Guard Regimental Room and event center capable of holding 400 people, a restaurant and an outdoor courtyard and amphitheater. In his presentation Lennon stated that the purpose of this project is to “honor, educate and inspire” all North Dakotans, especially the youth.
