On Thursday, March 2, the Warwick High School Careers class toured the North Dakota Telephone Company, NDTC, and learned how to splice fiber optic lines back together, plus how the phone company works.
They also learned how the lines go out to a substation in each town, then to the customer.
We were amazed with all the technology it takes to run the phone company today compared to years ago.
Six students went: Danika Charboneau, Gordon Fournier, Kayliese Little, Savanah Longie, Monty Redfox Jr., and Robert Richotte.
