The North Central Planning Council Annual Meeting was held Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at Lake Region State College. Outgoing members of the Board of Directors were recognized for their years of service. NCPC Chairman Rob Hach presented service awards to Lisa Mosser, Merle Boucher, and Glenn Hoffmann.
Lisa Mosser, Cando, ND served for two years as a Financial Representative on the Executive Board and the Loan Committee. Merle Boucher, Rolette, ND served for seven years on the Executive Board with two years as Chairman.
Glenn Hoffmann, Leeds, ND, served for seventeen years on the Executive Board with four years as Chairman.
Not pictured but recognized was Neal Rud, New Rockford, ND who served on the Executive Board for thirteen years with two years as Chairman.
Board membership is comprised of Representatives from ND Region III, including Benson, Eddy, Cavalier, Ramsey, Rolette, and Towner Counties.
