Devils Lake Police Department reports the following:

11/28/25: Police were dispatched to an apartment on Third Street NE for a report of an adult male assaulting an adult female. Officer spoke with the victim, who stated that the adult male was threatening to kill her with a knife and punched her in the face with a closed fist. Adult male was found attempting to jump out the window of the apartment. He was placed under arrest, charged with terrorizing and resisting arrest.

11/29/25: Police were dispatched to the front entrance of the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center. Officers spoke with a dispatcher who witnessed two adult males outside the building, one of whom was urinating in public. Adult male admitted to public urination and was placed under arrest, charged with disorderly conduct.

11/30/25: Adult male approached two officers who were at the Holiday Mall to serve an arrest warrant. While inquiring about the arrest, officers noted that he smelled of alcohol, and was age 20. Adult male was detained. Discovering he had an outstanding warrant, he was placed under arrest. During search of his person, two bags that contained less than one gram of methamphetamine were found. At the jail, another search of his backpack, officers found five bottles of alcohol. Adult male was charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors.
