If I don't do the whole workout, I'm only cheating myself.

Today at Body Pump we did "Body Pump Express."  It's a faster workout where you skip the warm-up and the squats.  When I left tonight I was sweating.  I increased my weight on most everything, so I feel like I got some sort of workout.  However, I still feel like I should have done more.  

I'm starting a new workout program as soon as it arrives and my best friend is coaching me through it.  She used the same program and has lost 56lbs.  I'll let you know when it gets here and what I think!
