Just rub a little dirt on it, youíll be fine.That is the advice given by silly old men - who relive their glory years that were never as glorious as they want you to believe they were Ė to todayís elite athletes who have just suffered significant brain trauma.As long as you donít mind constant pain, possibly having to learn to add and subtract again and the potential of life-threatening depression or premature dementia, thatís great advice.

There have been years where Thanksgiving hit me at a bad time.Work was tough, money was tight and I didnít feel incredibly thankful. Luckily, my momís cooking is always good so that made hard times easier to stomach Ė so to speak.
