Fort Totten man sentenced for distributing meth

On April 18, 2011, Kyle M. Robertson of Fort Totten, ND, was sentenced on three charges of distribution of a controlled substance.
Robertson, 24, pleaded guilty on February 2, 2011, to selling methamphetamine to another person on three different occasions during March of 2010 on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.
Judge Erickson sentenced Robertson to 18 months’ imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. Robertson was ordered to pay a $300 special assessment to the Crime Victim's Fund.
