DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Prosecutors have determined there is "no chargeable crime" in the death of a janitor who was found dead in a downtown Duluth elevator last month.
Police say 62-year-old Edward Everett Olson of Duluth had a blood-alcohol level of 0.17 percent and that he apparently died from complications of a fractured neck.
Olson's wife was with him. The two were overnight custodians in the building.
Police say Olson's wife maintains she is unsure how her husband was injured.
Police are not seeking any suspects.
