GRAFTON, N.D. (AP) — A Grafton man has been found guilty of attempted murder and terrorizing for shooting at a neighbor in a dispute over tire rims.
The Grand Forks Herald reports that a jury deliberated for about two hours Wednesday before convicting 29-year-old Esteban Dominguez. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
Court documents say Dominguez shot at David Nelson Jr. of Grafton four times last Aug. 4 in a dispute involving tire rims that disappeared from a storage shed.
