I bought my 2012 FLHX Street Glide new at the end of the Year in 2012.

The beautiful Ember Sunglo color is what drew me in, bike was stock but decided to start customizing it so I contact friends of mine at Pure Performance in West Fargo to do all my work. Process took about three years to get it to where it is today with multiple upgrades and customizations.

First year we contacted Topshop Bagger Products out of Webster SD to get custom rear fender, bags and side covers. At that time I almost was going to change the paint color but said to keep it the stock Ember Sunglo.

Paint was done by Mike Wanner from Moorhead Custom Collision out of Fargo ND.

Second year we decided to have a Revolutions 117 motor kit which was also done by Pure Performance who Dynoed motor after break in. Diamond Head's out of Las Vegas NV did the diamond cut cylinders and heads. Changed out the stock handle bars, controls, lowering kit and also did a custom seat. Stereo upgraded were done with a JM Rocker 630 watt amp and 7 1/4 speakers throughout.. Kept factory rim size but had Impressed Plating out of CA Chrome the rims, pulleys, OEM polish rotors and chrome fork lowers.

Third year I added a stretched tank kit from Topshop Baggers, Klock Werks Slicer front fender, BadDad Chin Spoiler and tank console and had the whole bike repainted again by Mike Wanner from Fargo Moorhead Custom Collision. Decided to replace and upgrade the floorboards and controls with BadDad Products and LED lights throughout. A big Thanks goes out to Pure Performance in West Fargo for all the assembly and Performance Upgrades.
