A man who was released from the Lake Region Residential Re-entry Center to visit the library, and another who was allowed to pick up a paycheck, both failed to return to custody last month and remain missing.

Mitchell Sizemore, 20, was released to visit the library on July 17. He had been housed at the Re-entry Center for a probation violation in Ramsey County, and has prior felony convictions for theft and breaking into a vehicle.

A week later, 22-year-old Eugene Twohearts was released from the Re-entry Center, reportedly to collect a paycheck.

He also failed to return after being released at about 2 p.m. on July 24.

Twohearts has two prior convictions for felony burglary in 2014 and 2016, though neither he nor Sizemore is considered dangerous, according to law enforcement.

Sizemore is described as white, 6’3”, 220 lbs., while Twohearts is described as Native American, 5’9”, 220 lbs.

Anyone with information on either’s whereabouts should call 911 or local law enforcement.
