All participants and their parents need to attend one of these meetings.

There will be a student/parent training rules and concussion meeting for all activities on Monday, August 7 at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, August 8 at both 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the high school commons.

All participants and their parents in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in sports or activities need to attend one of these meetings. The Parent/Student Handbook and permission forms will be covered. Fees and forms can be turned in at any time prior to the start of the season.

Yearly physicals are required for all students who plan to participate in athletics. Students will not be allowed to practice until a physical, permission/insurance card and concussion training is on file in the activities office.

Both the student and parent must receive training on concussions before a student is allowed to practice or play in a sport.

Physical forms and permission/insurance cards can be picked up in the High School Office, Central Middle School Office, or the District Business Office. Fees must be paid prior to the first competition.

All students who qualify for free/reduced lunches also qualify for free/reduced activities fees. Please consult the High School or Middle School offices for free/reduced forms.
