Eugene Twohearts, 22, has twice been convicted of felony burglary, once in 2014 and again in 2016.

Another man has failed to return to the Re-entry Center after being let out on his own recognizance, this time to collect a paycheck.

Director of the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center, Rob Johnson, says that 22-year-old Eugene Twohearts failed to return to the rehabilitation facility after being released at about 2 p.m. Monday.

Twohearts has twice been convicted of burglary, once in 2014 and again in 2016. He’s reported to be 5’9”, 220 lbs., and Native American.

A complaint has been filed with the Devils Lake Police Dept. for escape, according to Johnson.

Last week, 20-year-old Mitchell Sizemore, convicted in the past of felony theft and felony breaking into a vehicle, failed to return to the Re-entry Center after being released to go to the library for unspecified reasons.

Sizemore has yet to be located by law enforcement. Anyone who sees either suspect is encouraged to call 911 or the LEC at 701-6662-0700.
