Myers reports that Monego, who was an employee of BNSF, was arrested after cyber tips led authorities to several different hotels Monego stayed in during his travels across North Dakota.

Monego was found guilty after it was determined that he traded images and videos of sexual assault on children.

In addition to his prison sentence, Monego is responsible for paying $1,500 in restitution costs as well as $200 to the Crime Victims’ Fund.
