Goodbye to those laid-back, endless summer days of over-indulgence, and no rhyme or reason for a schedule.The kids are heading back to school, and it’s time to hit those routines again. I know I’m not alone when I say diet and fitness get altered, shortened and thrown out the window more often than not on those warm weather summer days of fun, especially for those easy-to-skip-over body parts.
