    The Selective Service System — better known as the military draft registration — recently sent 14,000 notices to men the agency thought were being negligent in their duty to register. Thing is, all the notices went to men born between 1893 and 1897. And are dead. And would really have been a better fit for being draft in World War I.
    Military officials stridently deny this is part of a plan to build a super-secret army of 120-year-old ghosts.
