AFC Fantasy Football
This is a fantasy football blog that focuses on the AFC. I will suggest players to start in your lineup each week, as well as players that should be benched. I will also suggest players to trade for or players to get rid of, based on statistics. I will also give some sleeper players that have the potential to bust out and score high in a given week. Mission number 2 is to entertain in the process. Maybe youll appreciate my humor.

Another week of NFL football is in the books, and my Chiefs are still undefeated. The ferocious defense looks as good as I have ever seen it, and the team seems to be ready for a showdown (well 2 showdowns in 3 weeks) with the Broncos. I’m looking forward to it. Just like I look forward to seeing the number next to “Chiefs D/ST” every week. On to the grades.
Ding Ding
Double Raider Special:I had a feeling Terrelle Pryor would have a rough week with KC’s attacking front 7, and boy did he ever. Pryor was sacked 10 times and threw 3 picks. I also had this sneaking suspicion (especially when I heard that KC’s top corner Brandon Flowers would be out) that Denarius Moore would get open for a big one, and he did, scoring a 39 yard touchdown and having a solid fantasy day.
Middle of the Road
Danny Woodhead (vs. IND):Danny had a decent game, more so in PPR leagues. He hauled in 5 catches and had a combined 83 yards. With the Chargers throwing the ball early and often, Danny the check down guy should stay busy. He warrants a flex play in PPR leagues going forward.
Swing and a Miss
Big Ben (vs. NYJ):I thought Ben was a sneaky play this week, but that’s not to say that he played an awful game. He didn’t throw any interceptions, but he only had one touchdown, and he finished 15th in QBs in standard leagues. I still think he can be a viable starter in 2 QB leagues or a nice bye week filler in 1 QB leagues.
Check back on Saturday, and I’ll try my best to give you a fun, sneaky play for this week. Watch out, the regular season in most leagues is already half way over!
Until next time,
Scott
