A Wake for Dion will be held on Friday, October 11 beginning at 5 p.m. at the St. Michaels Recreation Center, St. Michael, N.D.,  with Calvin Campbell officiating. The procession to St. Michael Recreation Center will leave at 4 p.m. from Wal-Mart parking lot on Friday.

Traditional Funeral services for Dion ?Biggs? will be held Saturday afternoon, October 12, at 2 p.m. also to be held at the St. Michael Recreation Center. Following traditional services, Dion James Iceman ?Biggs? will be laid to rest at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery, St. Michael.

Dion was born in Devils Lake, N.D. on September 21, 1989 to his parents Patricia ?Denice? White and Darren Iceman Sr. both of Spirit Lake Nation.
James Iceman ?Biggs? attended Four Winds Elementary and Middle School before attending Crow Creek High School in Stephan, S.D. Continuing on to further his education he attended the Quentin N. Burdick Job Corps Center in Minot, N.D. He received a Certificate of Achievement for Remodeling, Rehab, and Emergency Repair from the Spirit Lake Tribe.

 Dion ?Biggs? was a fun loving person who was always smiling, happy, and helpful. He was always grateful for anything he received and gave just as much. In middle school he enjoyed participating in cross country and enjoyed break-dancing with his cousin Buster, he loved to laugh, joke around, and greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his nieces, nephews, and his ?Unks? Tino.

He also enjoyed fishing and recently started singing with his brothers and the ?Rhythm Riders? drum group. He was employed at the Spirit Lake Casino in areas of Food & Beverage and Table Games where he was aspiring to do more. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him, especially his immediate family and friends. Dion ?Biggs? was a loving son, grandson, brother, cousin, and uncle.

Dion is survived by his mother, Patricia ?Denice? White; father, Darren Iceman, Sr.; special friend, Ruthann "My Luff" Cavanaugh; brothers, Chad (Laci) Driver Sr., Darren (Amber) Iceman Jr., and Jordan Iceman; adopted brother, Delvin Greywater, Jr.; sisters, Michelle (Steve) Byington (Lawrence, Kan), Brittany Iceman, and Gabrielle Iceman; nephews, Ethan and Noah Byington, Lawrence, Kan, Chad Driver Jr., Hance Driver, Zander Iceman, and Zavier Iceman;  nieces, Skylee Driver, Chassidy Driver, Xoey Iceman, and ZayAnna Langstaff; uncles, Tino "Unks" White, Delmer Iceman, Raynard Iceman, Rusty Iceman, and Manuel Littlewind; aunties, Marsha White, Melissa (Bentley) Greybear, Janet White, Lorraine White, Bonnie (John) Wells, Trudy Iceman, Marcella (Robert) Littlewind, Bernadine Littlewind, Arliss Krulish, and Arlene Krulish; grandparents, Evangeline White, Cora Iceman, Donald Iceman, Minnesota, Helena Littleghost, Florestine (Kenneth) Dunn, Fred Longie Sr., and George (Jerry) Longie Sr.; adopted grandma: Delemma Greywater;  and his many Relatives too numerous to name.
