FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota State University golfer Amy Anderson has signed with an agent as she prepares to turn pro.
The Forum newspaper reports that Anderson, from Oxbow, will be represented by Yee & Durbin Sports LLC out of Los Angeles. Anderson will make her professional debut Monday at a CN Canadian Women's Tour event in Quebec. She will enter the LPGA Qualifying School in August.
During her NDSU career, Anderson broke Juli Inkster's unofficial collegiate record of 17 tournament victories. She also drew headlines in 2011 when she spent time atop the leaderboard while playing as an amateur in the U.S. Women's Open.
