Longie, McKay named to all-tournament team

Four Winds-Minnewaukan’s Austin Longie and Trayvon McKay may not have left the Minot State University Dome with the Class B state championship trophy, but they did gather up some impressive honors.

Longie, a senior, and McKay were both named to the ND Class B State Basketball Tournament’s all-tournament squad for their efforts during the three-day event.

The two helped FW-M roll to wins over fourth-ranked Rugby and Trenton in the first two rounds, and advance to the state finals.

McKay is a 6-foot-3 sophomore.
