Suffering from cabin fever after all this snow has closed you in?
Colleen Graue who is the Visitor Services Manager at the Sullys Hill National Game Preserve wants everyone to know that the visitor center will be open this coming Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
She says it is a good time to venture out to the game preserve, check out the snowshoes for the whole family and go for a walk in the woods. Snowshoes are available in all sizes for ages 3 - 93.
It’s also a good time to check out the visitor center displays, visit the birding garden, shop at the Friends of Sullys Hill Gift Shop or to take pictures to enter the Friends of Sullys Hill Photo Contest.
The nature film titled “Magic of the Snowy Owl” will be presented in the comfort of the large classroom in the visitor’s center and free popcorn and refreshments will be served.
Call 701-766-4272 for more information or to schedule a special event at the hill.
“See you at the hill!”
