I've started something new.

Sunday night I was in bed at 9pm which is VERY early for me. I had a terrible migraine and figured sleep would cure it.  Who knew it would change my attitude.

The next morning I was wide awake at 5:30am.  So..I deicded to get up and workout.  Little did I know, it would change my attitude for the whole day.  So much so, that I decided to do it again last night.  I have felt GREAT the last two days! 

One other thing that I have changed is my eating.  Travis bought a Ninja blender and went smoothie crazy!!  I'm now drinking several a day and all they contiain are fruits and vegetables (which I hate have grown to enjoy!)  Travis even made one with celery in it and didn't tell me and I didn't even know!! I've been adding spinach and kale and I love them!  People are saying that Kale is the new super food and I'm starting to believe it!  I honestly feel awesome!

We'll see if this change in attitude and diet helps the weightloss!!
