Local blogger on the Devils Lake Journal website talks about the shootings in Conn.

On the website, scroll down from the top about half-way down the page and on the right hand side click on "Local" where it says Blogs - the two choices are "Network" or "Local." Then on "Read more" and hear what Sharon Chiang has to say in her blog titled "In My Humble Opinion" - IMHO.
