Devils Lake woman charged with felony theft

Rachel Alexander, 25, of Devils Lake has been charged with one count of felony theft, after allegedly stealing more than $1,000 in cash from gaming operations run by the Devils Lake Youth Activities Association.

Alexander was employed by the association at the time of the alleged theft.
