Kentucky man to be charged

According to Devils Lake Police Chief Keith Schroeder, Christopher J. Brandt, 23, of Lowansville, Ky. will be charged with two counts of Manslaughter, Class B felonies, and one count of Reckless Endangerment, a class C felony following the investigation of an accident that occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at approximately midnight in the city of Devils Lake.
