Jeremy Rader, 40, of Casselton, ND, died from a car accident on Saturday, September 8, 2012.

Funeral services for Jeremy will be held Friday, September 14 at 10:30 a.m. at the Sheyenne Lutheran Church, rural Pekin. Visitation will be Thursday, September 13 beginning at 5 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service at the church. Interment will be in the Sheyenne Church Cemetery.

Jeremy Allen Rader, son of Larry and Pauline Rader of Pekin, ND, was born September 5, 1972 in Devils Lake, ND. He graduated from Tolna High School in 1991 and went to four years of tech school for electronics and industrial maintenance.

He married Keri Borgen of McHenry, ND on September 4, 1999 in Langdon, ND. They lived in Spring Valley, MN for a short time and then moved to Surprise, AZ where he started his career with Bobcat and later transferred to Gwinner, ND in 2002. He was presently employed at Essentia in Fargo as a maintenance engineer.

Jeremy enjoyed fishing and tubing with his boys, hunting with his family and friends, and watching football with his son. Jeremy could fix almost anything from cars, to electronics to remodeling things in the house. He was always helping the boys design different large Lego projects. He was a member of the ND National Guard for approximately 11 years.

He is survived by his wife, Keri; and sons, Alex Jeremy, 11 and Jase Allen, 9, Casselton; his parents, Larry and Pauline Rader of Pekin; brothers, Chris (Trish) Rader of West Fargo, Loren Rader of Lenexa, KS; parents-in-law, Kerwin and Flora Borgen, McHenry; sister-in-law, Lindsey (Borgen) Rader of Prairie Village, KS; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thor and Evelyn Peterson, and paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Mamie Rader; his aunt, Mary Rohde; and his uncle, Jerry Peterson.
