FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Federal authorities have arrested a man for failing to register as a sex offender.
The U.S. Marshals Service says 30-year-old Ahmed Toliver is being held in the Cass County Jail. He was arrested Friday. A detention hearing will be held within the next five days.
Toliver is considered a high-risk sex offender. He was convicted in 2001 for gross sexual imposition.
Authorities say Toliver lived at south Fargo residence for several months without telling police.
