    • Tuesday, March 20 three meetings in a row dealt with Measure No. 2 to various degrees. The first was at 3 p.m. and it was a gathering of the northeast nine county commissions. The second was the Ramsey County Commission, alone. The third was a public meeting on the pros and cons of the measure, held at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Building.
