    • Lake Region Figure Skating Club presents "Cirque Sur Glace" (Circus on the Ice). The 66th annual Frost Frolics will be held this weekend, March 23 at 7 p.m., March 24 at 7 p.m. and March 25 at 2 p.m. at the Burdick Arena in Devils Lake. Local skaters aged 1-18 have been preparing to perform a mix of circus arts and theatrical performances. Special guest skater Mirabella Yaggie of Wahpeton, ND, will skate at all three performances.
